Locations

Rainbow's Phase 1 location provides care for a total of 86 children in the following program rooms:

• • Infant - 4 children

  • Early Years - 12 children

  • Preschool - 40 children

  • School Age - 30 children

Transportation in Rainbow vehicles is available for children enrolled at Island Lakes Community School. Students enrolled at Shamrock School and École Guyot who qualify for bussing may be transported by the Louis Riel School Division. Parents should check with the Louis Riel School Division Transportation department if unsure whether their children qualify for bussing from the daycare's location.

Rainbow's Phase 2 location is located inside Island Lakes Community School. This centre provides care for a total of 55 children in the following program rooms:

• • Infant - 4 children

  • Preschool - 32 children

  • School Age - 19 children in grades 1 through 6

School age children must be enrolled at Island Lakes Community School in order to attend Phase 2. Transportation to other schools is not available.

Rainbow's Phase 3A location provides care for a total of 72 children in the following program rooms:

• • Infant - 16 children

  • Early Years - 24 children

  • Preschool - 32 children

Transportation is available for children enrolled at École Howden, Frontenac School, and Niakwa Place School.  École Van Belleghem students are walked to school by Rainbow staff.

Rainbow's Phase 3B location provides care for 10 kindergarten children and 20 children in grades 1 through 6. 

Transportation is available for children enrolled at École Howden, Frontenac School, and Niakwa Place School.  École Van Belleghem students are walked to school by Rainbow staff. 

Rainbow's Phase 3C location provides care for 40 school-aged children in grades 1 through 6. 

Transportation is available for children enrolled at École Guyot, École Howden, École Van Belleghem, Frontenac School, Niakwa Place School, and Shamrock School.

Rainbow's Phase 4 location provides care for a total of 109 children in the following program rooms:

• • Infant A - 10 children

  • Infant B - 11 children

  • Preschool A - 32 children

  • Preschool B - 16 children

  • School Age - 40 children, including 10 kinders

Transportation is available for children enrolled at École Guyot, École Van Belleghem, and Shamrock School.

Rainbow's Phase 5 location is located within École Sage Creek School. This centre provides care for a total of 144 children in the following program rooms:

• • Infant A & B - 8 children in each room

  • Early Years - 10 children

  • Preschool A, B & C - 16 children in each room

  • School Age A - 40 children, including 10 kinders

  • School Age B - 30 children

Families must live in the community of Sage Creek to be eligible for care at Rainbow's Phase 5 location. School-aged children at Phase 5 must be enrolled at École Sage Creek School. Transportation is not provided to other area schools.
